It’s summer! This year, I was wondering if this season would show up in Minnesota. The season has made a grand entrance and it looks like she’s here to stay. Hurray!

Here are some recipes for a Fit Week:

I’ve decided to start pinning my meal plans for the week on my Pinterest page. As I make them, I’ll review them and let you know how I might’ve modified them on Instagram. After all, fitness starts in the kitchen.

Since I did a check of the weather and the entire week is supposed to be in the mid-70s, we’re grilling as much as we can. We are also kid-free this week, so it’s a good time to test recipes that might be beyond their palate.

I’ve been adding PiYo to types of group fitness classes that I love. My other favorites, include ballet fit (see my toe socked feet and pink & purple weights above) and yoga.
