On Monday morning we’re flying home from Dallas after a great weekend spent with family.
When we flew to Dallas on Friday morning everything went as wrong as it could before takeoff. I’m jittery about flying. In the past, I don’t know if my coping skills would’ve been up to the challenge of multiple things not going my way before boarding the plane.
That whole thing everyone’s been saying about mindfulness and meditation? After increasing my yoga practice, meditating for a week straight, and doing mindfulness exercises, I’m convinced it works.
