Just what could a disembodied pirate in my fridge have to do with having a fit and stylish week? He’s there to remind everyone to make space for surprises. Tomorrow is April Fool’s Day after all. This picture is from a prank my daughter pulled on me about six years ago. Six!

This week, my Ballet Fit geek heart is overflowing with joy about an extra class being added to the schedule at the Rochester Athletic Club. On Tuesday, I will get to do two full hours of Ballet Fit. Missing an ingredient? You might be able to substitute. When I made them yesterday, I didn’t have any red pepper, so I subbed sprouts. Sriracha isn’t my thing, so I subbed Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce. Any favorite hot sauce in your cupboard should do the trick.
