On this week’s fit and stylish itinerary:
For Monday Night Date Night, Chris and I will be dining at Four Daughters Vineyard and Winery. It’s time to decide what will be on our Wedding Reception Menu. There are less than 200 days until our wedding and at least as many decisions to make. Kidding. Maybe. I hope.
I’ll also be meeting up with one of my favorite fitness experts, Emily Watkins. We’re going to walk the track at the Rochester Athletic Club and talk nutrition. With less than 200 days left until the big day, I’m beyond thrilled to meet up with her.
