What are your plans this week?
On this week’s fit n stylish itinerary:
In honor of Earth Day happening on Monday, I plan to give Mother Earth a bit more love by eating more meatless meals. I’m often surprised by how delicious and satisfying veggies can be. Mash together some avocado and hummus and some seasoning and spice. Then, put it on some bread with more veggies and enjoy the yum! For date night we’ll either be going to Terza (upscale Italian with homemade pasts) or Bar Buffalo (trendy gin bar with both an omnivore and an herbivore menu). Both have amazing meatless meals, excellent service, and great atmospheres.
I’m also super excited to share that I will be starting Precision Nutrition with guidance from Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Emily Watkins! During the online intake process that I did last week I loved the focus the program has on habits and mindset. As I go through the process, I’ll be sharing more about it on the blog. So stay tuned for more on that.
On Friday morning, my fiance and I will be flying to Dallas to visit family.
In the meantime, here are some links from around the web to help you make this week your best…
